Format
In Facilitator Training Program, students are immersed into both iD Theory and Methodology. Participants undergo regular personal iD sessions and also learn best practices for facilitating.
Coursework includes:
- Assigned reading and student discussions between class sessions.

- Observing and participating in iD Workshops open to the public; students can attend all Workshops at no cost.
- Supervised, student-facilitated iD Sessions (introduced in latter courses)
